Boxing and Kickboxing Coach
With over 34 years of martial arts experience, Mo brings elite-level expertise in Karate, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, and Boxing. He holds black belts in Kickboxing and Kung Fu, and a brown belt in Karate. A former member of Iran’s national Kung Fu team, Mo went on to coach the New Zealand kickboxing team at world championships in England, Italy, and Thailand. With 82 fights to his name and two decades of coaching experience, he’s trained multiple national and world champions. Mo has also worked as a group fitness instructor at international gyms including YMCA and F45, and was a finalist for New Zealand’s Best Group Fitness Instructor in 2011.
