A motivating cardio workout on indoor spin bikes. Improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and build lower body strength - suitable for all fitness levels.

Circuit

A full-body workout using a variety of equipment and functional exercises. Build strength, endurance, and mobility in a fun, supportive environment — suitable for all fitness levels.

H.I.I.T.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for maximum results in minimal time. Combines short bursts of intense effort with recovery periods to boost fitness, strength, and fat burning.

Counter-Punch 

A high-energy fitness class based on boxing training principles. Our coaches have been trained by Shane Cameron himself, bringing expert technique and coaching to every session.

Counter-Punch combines a variety of fitness and boxing drills — helping you build strength, endurance, and coordination. You'll learn boxing combinations and apply them in a fun, high-intensity workout that targets your shoulders, hips, and core.

ABT (Abs, Butt & Thighs)

A dynamic workout focused on functional strength, cardio, and endurance. Push your limits in a supportive group environment - a great way to challenge yourself and build overall fitness.
 
Duration: 60 minutes
Target and tone your core, glutes, and legs with focused strength and endurance exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels - perfect as a complementary class to your full-body training.

Fitness 4 Function

A Circuit Programme for the over 60's and Seniors looking to restore mobility.  ​
F4F consists of Easy to follow Exercises that help  hand-eye co-ordination, strength, balance and mobility

Kickboxing and Boxing

These sessions ideal for building fitness, technique and confidence - through personal coaching and high-energy workouts that support both body and mind.

​These classes are run independently of the Kumeu Gym Group Fitness timetable and are paid for directly through Phenix Academy.

  • Adult Evening Class: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
  • 13–18 Junior Classes: 4:25pm – 5:25pm
  • 6–12 Kids' Classes: 3:30pm – 4:20pm

Day Staffed Hours
Monday 6:30am – 7:00pm
Tuesday 5:30am – 10:00am / 4:00pm – 7:00pm
Wednesday 6:30am – 6:00pm
Thursday 5:30am – 10:00am / 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday 5:30am – 4:00pm
Saturday 7:00am – 10:30am
We are unstaffed on Sundays & Public Holidays.
