Counter-PunchA high-energy fitness class based on boxing training principles. Our coaches have been trained by Shane Cameron himself, bringing expert technique and coaching to every session.
Counter-Punch combines a variety of fitness and boxing drills — helping you build strength, endurance, and coordination. You'll learn boxing combinations and apply them in a fun, high-intensity workout that targets your shoulders, hips, and core. Duration: 60 minutes |
