Our academy offers structured classes in a supportive, high-energy environment led by experienced coaches.

- Adult Evening Class: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
- 13–18 Junior Classes: 4:25pm – 5:25pm
- 6–12 Kids' Classes: 3:30pm – 4:20pm
