Seperate from Group Fitness Classes, These Classes are tailored torward those looking to either develop or upskill their learning through personal coaching and high energy workout to transform you body, mind, and spirit.

*These Classes are not apart of the Kumeu Gym Group Fitness Timetable and are classes that are run and paid seperatly*

Adult Evening Class from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
13-18 Junior Classes: 4:25pm-5:25pm 
 6-12 Kid's Classes: 3:30pm-4:20pm
