WHAT IS SMART PERSONAL TRAINING?
SMART Training is a shared Personal Training System designed to reduce the costs involved when using the services of a Personal Trainer yet delivers the personal and high quality service expected from a personal training session.
SMART Training delivers a highly effective daily training regime six days a week to ensure you meet your fitness goals. Our Personal Trainers devise a weekly plan with each muscle group targeted, with training programmes that change daily to keep your training fun and effective.
SMART Personal Training sessions run Monday to Friday 5.30 - 10.00am and 5.00 - 7.00pm, Saturday 8.00am - 9.30am.
