It’s time to get mindful about your water intake!!
This week we are challenging you to drink NOTHING BUT WATER – that means no soft drink (even diet) or juice. Ideally this means no coffee as well but we’re not monsters, we know how important that morning cuppa can be, so try replacing your coffee with green tea and if you absolutely can’t cut it out, see if you can keep it to just one per day.
