Directions:
(Adults) As an addition to your healthy diet and exercise routine, Pour 12oz of boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do no over steep. Press tea bag gently and remove.
First 3-4 days, drink 6oz cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following night , after your evening meal. Enjoy hot or cold.
After 3-4 days you may increase the strength and flavour of your tea by brewing with 6oz of water and drink entire cup.
