Come along to our group fitness classes for an invigorating workout. Fun and easy to follow, these classes will help you shape, tone and strengthen those problem areas. We welcome all ages and stages along – technique is clearly explained and each exercise can be adapted from beginners through to the advanced participant.
A high-energy indoor cycling class led by a motivating instructor. Spin is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. Because Spin is low impact it is suitable for most people, and our classes can accommodate all ability levels.
30 minutes & 60 minutes
Our programmes will change daily and will be designed to keep kids engaged with exercises and activities utilising a variety of movement patterns that all levels can tap into. We will challenge their cardiovascular system, speed, agility, balance and muscle strength while keeping it fun.
