On joining Kumeu Gym your personal instructor will familiarise you with our facilities and services as well as take you step by step through a personalised health and fitness programme.
Your health and fitness programme is designed to get you into shape and to give you the tools and knowledge you need to refine your exercise and eating habits while keeping you motivated to continue “shaping your life”. If you have specific fitness or training goals then let us know and we will tailor your program to meet these goals.

At Kumeu Gym we don’t promise unrealistic outcomes but we will support you to create positive change. Most importantly, we want you to benefit from being part of our community on an ongoing basis.
