Gym Facilities
Our main gym offers a variety of equipment with a comprehensive cardio area, free weights and more.
We have fully qualified male and female massage therapists on site for sport, therapy or relaxation massage.
Child care is available Monday to Friday 9.00am - 11.00 am to provide support to parents.
We provide a complete weight loss programme with professional weight managers & coaches.
We have a sun bed available. Please book at reception and concession cards are available.
We have a wide range of sports drinks, protein bars, shakes and supplements available.
Personal Trainers:
Our highly trained personal trainers can provide:
- One on one service for strength and conditioning training programme.
- One on one fitness training programme.
- Help with setting and achieving goals.
